Home is not a place, it’s a feeling
‘My life has changed…I used to be so angry and I just don’t feel that way anymore. My relationships with my partner and children are so different. Thankfully because we were really struggling.’
— Robert
Overview | Family
The purpose of these sessions is to free both children and adults from a lifetime of overthinking, anxiety and insecurity by uncovering our innate mental health. Family challenges are common. People fall out, relationships break up, resentment and grudges can be held for a lifetime. Nowadays, children and adults feel intense pressure to achieve and thrive while dealing with a seemingly endless bombardment of stuff to do, high expectations and little time. Despite intending to communicate lovingly, the inherent complexities of saying the right thing, in the right way often mean attempts to reach each other fail miserably. Difficult situations may intensify through miscommunication, misunderstanding and disharmony within and around the family unit.
There is a different way. Seeing the logic of our mind in action brings mental and emotional freedom with clarity enabling families to reconnect and empowering children to make the most of life, whatever they are dealing with.
Previous students really enjoyed the course and had this to say….
“First time ever I felt calm doing my exams”
”I’m more tolerant with others, am kinder to myself, and feel more resilient”
”Really helpful, I’m so much better at dealing with difficult emotions”
”Brings a whole new view on life”
”Booked for my child and learnt so much for myself, amazing”

How is this different to therapy or counselling? This is about understanding the logic of the mind. That it only works one way. The same way for everyone. Instead, awareness and understanding emerge in a simple way making life easier.
