Overview | One to One
The purpose of these sessions is creating a safe, private and non-judgmental space for you to openly explore what’s going on for you in any area of your life. Our dialogue will be focused on the here & now and addressing whatever challenges you are facing and what you want from life, love and work – simply by understanding how the mind works. You may bring any topic e.g. career, leadership, relationships, purpose, money, family, health, stress, performance, self-care, lifestyle, emotions, sport, public speaking etc. The level of personal disclosure is entirely at your discretion – it is generally not necessary to delve into the past.
What to Expect | A Session
We will explore your aims. Discovering what miracle you would love.
In depth exploration of how the mind works to generate greater self-awareness and understanding through realisation.
Expect insights to spark and become a brilliant source of clarity & joy.
Not every session will be pure talking - we may do practical exercises to calm your nervous system and quieten the mind so you can notice more.
Any physical, mental and emotional symptoms as well as problems surfacing in work and life can be used as signposts, like a map of your inner story, to generate awareness and focus on what matters most.
What’s Included | A Session
60 minute coaching call with Danielle (or multi-hour blocks / multiple calls for programs).
Interactive messaging via WhatsApp or Text during a program to give you ongoing support, guidance and answer any questions
Note: For chronic and severe symptoms, the Vitality program is an optional add-on to accelerate your recovery.

£1650 + VAT for 6 hour program (these can be in blocks or single hour sessions)

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I/we know if this session is for me/us? If you are interested and sense it will help - please book a call to discuss directly with Danielle.
Do I/we need to do anything before our session? No.
Are these sessions confidential? Yes. The only rare exception, mandated by the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) code of ethics, is if there is risk of harm to yourself or others, then we are morally and officially obliged to share the concern with third party professionals eg Doctor, Therapist, Police and a Supervisor.
How is this different to therapy, CBT or counselling? Very - we focus on an objective and neutral understanding of the mind to explain and clarify everything we think, feel and do. The process is subtractive enabling unhelpful thinking to fall away. We do not need to analyse, blame or reframe personal experience. We discover how simple it can be to embrace life, no matter how challenging the circumstances, with presence, clarity and insight.
