This program develops leaders and teams by understanding how the mind works to unlock infinite potential, uncover natural resilience and access real time responsive intelligence.

Leaders and teams are under enormous pressures from systemic shifts, global crises and ongoing strategic transition. Each programme is carefully curated to support the depth required for your team and includes a combination of one to one coaching and group workshops.

What’s Included

  • 121 coaching for every participant (or a subset), at mutually convenient times, pre and post the Group event

  • Online assessment (approx 10 min to complete) to get a sense of priorities, challenges & awareness across the team

  • A 3 day Group Immersion event, from the comfort of your office or home

  • Follow up group session for 1 hour, approximately 1 month post the Group event, to clarify and deepen the understanding

  • Pre and post calls with HR/Leaders to organise & review.

  • Option to add more one to one coaching during and after the group programme

 Frequently Asked Questions

How do we know if this program is for us? You need change, fast. This works better than anything else we know about because it’s universal, based on principles and goes beyond our subjective reality. If you’re interested and sense it can help - please book a call to discuss directly with Danielle.

Do we need to do anything before our workshops? A little prep - the people involved need to know why it’s happening and why they are involved We can discuss in more detail during the consultation and provide support for the engagement.

Are these sessions confidential? Yes for one to one and we agree with group participants to keep the conversation within the group. We also explain if anyone has something private to share they can do so directly with a facilitator rather than openly to the group. The rare exception to confidentiality in coaching sessions is, mandated by the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) code of ethics, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others, then we are morally and officially obliged to share the concern with third party professionals eg Doctor, Therapist, Police and a Supervisor.

How is this different to other courses or coaching? We don’t spend time in analysis mode, stuck with repetitive thinking, we focus on your understanding of the universal source of our experience. That enables sustainable shifts in human behaviour. We spend time together sparking insights that automatically shift the way you operate at work.
