Being spaceful opens up a whole new world. Like putting new lenses in and seeing afresh who you are and how you relate to the world around you.
It is essentially a state of inner calm, when the mind naturally quietens without you having to do anything.
A stillness in activity, for your life to flow freely with abundant energy, creativity and joy.
It requires you to let your thoughts be and that’s it. Simple.
We flow in presence, being with our thinking in the moment. We know we are ok no matter what.
Overthinking, analysing the past & endless planning fall away because they no longer make sense.
Natural qualities emerge like wisdom, insight, intuition, compassion, gratitude, flexibility, peacefulness, love, vitality, power and curiosity.

I believe we can all be like this, that these characteristics are universal. They are part of being human. The intensity and prevalence varies and each person’s experience is unique to them.
It seems easy to get lost in spacelessness….spending years, decades or even our entire life, mostly like this and missing out on truly being alive. Primarily because of fundamental misunderstandings about the truth of human experience.
Noticing when we are spaceless is a gift….like a teacher offering guidance, enabling you to realign.

Realisation
It all begins with an idea. A new thought arrives. An opportunity to connect the dots and realise something important for you. That brings you closer to living in truth and breaking free from myths, illusions and façade (that may be invisible to you at the moment). You notice feeling inner freedom full of insight, wisdom, wellbeing and joy.
Acceptance
Your mind may battle with the ideas, convinced about right and wrong, in love with notions of good and bad. That things should be a certain way: your life, your body, your behaviour. That others should conform too or be judged. That unpleasant feelings must be eradicated. And then you see: it is all ok just the way it is.
